New Delhi: In the murder of a seven year old student (Pradhuman), The accused officials today moved the Supreme Court seeking transfer of the case to Delhi’s Saket Court, alleging the bar has restrained the lawyers from representing the accused in the sensational case.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Deepak Mishra and Justice Amitava Roy and Justice A.M Khanwilkar considered the submission of the counsel of the accused that ” the fundamental rights of a person to be represented by a lawyer of his choice was getting infringed.”
On Monday the court will now hear the matter. At 3.00 p.m in connection with the case, the Bombay High Court today hear an intervention application of the complainant.
