New Delhi: Union Minister Arun Jaitley today filed a fresh defamation suit of Rs 10 Crore against Arvind Kejriwal whose lawyer allegedly used objectionable word against him in court last week.

Advocate Manik Dogra who is representing Jaitley, said though Kejriwal’s counsel used abusive language in the open court which was also recorded in the order sheet, which warrants a separate defamation suit.

Beside this Arun Jaitley also filed a separate criminal defamation case against AAP leaders in the trial court.
